MySquareFeet is the online commercial real estate listing service preferred by searching tenants. Tenants needing office space, retail space or industrial space search free on the site, no annoying registration required, then connect directly with you the advertiser when they find the space they would like to see.

MySquareFeet provides you with an online platform to advertise your properties on the Internet affordably and effectively. Each Property Showcase can provide complete property information to searching tenants. Your property ad includes:

Five line summary in the search function
Link to full data sheet describing property features and availabilities
Up to five graphic images including photos, brochures and floor plans
Link to mapping site for directions
Link to your email for instant contact to you
Link to your web site
Do-it-yourself administration for updates or edits

Single Property Rate: $30 for each three month property ad! (That's only $10 per month per property.) New advertiser have a 15 day free trial. You are billed after your ad has been approved and is appearing on the site. Your ad automatically expires at the end of the free new advertiser trial period or at the end of the 90 day ad cycle if we have received your payment.

Broker Rate: If you have more than 5 properties to post on MySquareFeet, please contact us at 860-297-1083 for special volume discount rates.

Graphical Ads: Half Banner ads available on the right rail - $30 per month. The prices are fixed regardless of traffic. Ads are run-of-site and in rotation tied to the geographic location of the search. If you do not have a graphic ad ready for posting, we will create one for you for a one-time cost of $25.
